A Standard render uses 1 credit and a High render uses 3. Your Support ID is shown in Settings → Plan & credits; include it when you email us. Monthly credits refresh at each renewal and don't roll over. Top-up credits never expire and are used after your monthly credits. "Render again" and variations are new renders and use credits too. If a render fails, or the image never reaches your phone (for example the connection drops), its credits are returned automatically.
Settings → Plan & credits → Delete account & data. Remaining credits are lost, and your subscription keeps running until you cancel it with Apple.
Open Settings → Plan & credits → Restore, signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
The app is free with your own OpenAI API key: Settings → OpenAI API key.
